ORDER PROCESSING:
How long does an order take to process? We are currently shipping same or next day from Sydney (excluding public holidays and weekends).
Where can I ship products? We are based in Sydney and we only to ship to Australian states and territories and New Zealand.
AUSTRALIA
What are my shipping options? All our products are shipped with Australia Post and shipping costs depend on whether you choose STANDARD or EXPRESS shipping. The difference is that EXPRESS shipping costs more as the package will get to you quicker. All items are tracked with Australia Post regardless.
How much does STANDARD shipping cost? Shipping costs depend on how many Skin Lollis you purchase. Three or less Skin Lollis are charged a flat rate of $8. Four or more are shipped FREE.
How long does STANDARD shipping take? Shipping times depend on your location in Australia. Australia Post says if you are in NSW it will take 2-4 days after we have processed your order. If you live outside of NSW it will take 3-6 days after we have processed your order.
How much does EXPRESS shipping cost? Express shipping is charged at a flat rate of $13 on all orders.
How long does EXPRESS shipping take? Shipping times depend on your location in Australia. Australia Post says if you are in NSW it will take 1-2 days after we process your order. If you live outside of NSW then it will take 1-3 days after we process your order.
NEW ZEALAND
What are my shipping options? All our products are shipped with Australia Post, who handover to NZ Post for final delivery.
How much does shipping cost? Shipping costs depend on how may Skin Lollis you purchase. Three or less Skin Lollis are charged a flat rate of $9.90. Four or more are shipped FREE.
How long does shipping take? Shipping times depend on your location in New Zealand but as a rough guide, Australia Post says they will ship parcels and clear customs in 5-8 days after we have processed your order.
TRACKING
How do I check the status of my order? All packages shipped by SKIN LOLLI are tracked. The same tracking number is used in Australia and New Zealand. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification / receipt from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
For any parcels marked as delivered but not received, a missing parcel claim must be lodged by the recipient with the relevant postal carrier (Australia Post or New Zealand Post). In these cases, any reimbursement is issued directly by the postal service to the recipient.
RETURNS
Do you accept change of mind returns? No we don't. Unfortunately once the product is opened it becomes unsaleable to another consumer. All SKIN LOLLI customers are protected by Australian Consumer Law regarding products that are not fit for purpose. Please see our Refund Policy for more details.
